Maintenance of cold bending (forming) machine:

Cold bending (forming) machine operating environment requirements:

1. The ground of the workplace should be flat and clean, and there should be no pits, trenches, holes, etc. No water or grease.

2. Necessary space and passage shall be left around the cold bending machine, and the spacing shall meet the corresponding minimum safety distance requirements.

(1) when there is no working ground between the side of the machine tool and the wall or column, the spacing is 400-500mm;

(2) when there is a working place; Spacing is 1000-1200 mm; When there is no working ground between the machine tools, the spacing is 800mm;

(3) when there is a working ground on one side of the cold bending machine and pedestrians pass through it regularly, the spacing is 1200mm; When both sides of the machine tool have working ground, the spacing between the machine tools is 1500mm;

(4) when both sides of the machine tool have working places and pedestrians pass by, the spacing is 1800mm.
